boot into rescue mode
chroot to {location where ur linux fs mounted} usually /mnt/sysimage
now if ur bootloader is lilo
rewrite the mbr using lilo -v
if ur boot loader is grub
try
/sbin/grub-install {drive}
exit ur shell and reboot
