I wonder how people do DVD write under RHAS 3. I just realised that under RHAS 3 Update 2, there is dvdrecord, but no k3b or xcdroast. By invoking dvdrecord, I then hit a "cannot open /dev/sg*" error. The info under /usr/share/doc/dvdrecord-0.1.2/ is very mimimal. I then tried to mount k3b rpm from fc2 kit. It in turn needs libFLAC and libasound. I got libFLAC loaded ok but alsa-lib-0.9.8-1.fr.i3886.rpm hang after showing 100% done.
