Redhat packeges sendmail in 4 different rpm's

sendmail-xxx...rpm
sendmail-docs-xxx...rpm
sendmail-cf-xxx...rpm
sendmail-devel-xxx...rpm

The libararies you need in order to compile a sendmail milter are in the
sendmail-devel... rpm.
