Hi: Do you have a subsection for your display in /etc/X11/XF86Config If not add after DefaultColorDepth 32 Subsection "Display" Depth 24 Modes "1024 x 768" ViewPort 0 0 EndSubsection Adjust screen res. for your monitor.
