DRAC-II drivers on RHEL 3

Looking for anyone who's managed to get the DRAC-2.5 (Dell DRAC II) 
drivers installed on a RHEL 3 (or compatible) server.  I'm attempting 
to get it working on my Dell PowerEdge 2550, but it looks like the 
driver was written with old headers in mind (malloc.h vs slab.h, for 
example).
