Heh, ironically, this has been failing during a VMWare install.  I did test
the ISO's by mounting them directly to the ISO file itself and proved that
the downloads were ok.  I finally did my burn at the lowest speed possible
and it yielded a burn that RH8 under VMWare declared good.  I will test the
other disks using legacy emulation.  Thanks guys!  You're the best!
