Vivek, Jason is right. You simply need to have your outside users login
to Outlook Web Access via the web. You use the FQDN of your Exchange
server like this: http://fqdn/exchange/.

I would suggest that you setup an SSL cert on your Exchange box so that
you can secure the transmission between the client and your Exchange box
and turn off HTTP access to Outlook Web Access. When all is said and
done, http://fqdn/exchange/ won't work but https://fqdn/exchange/ will.
