Hi,
Have you tried it locally? I don't think I've had any probs doing rpm over 
ssh. Have other rpm's installed ok this way on the same machine?

You could also try 'rpm -i --test webmin-1.140-1.noarch.rpm' although I expect 
it will complete without a problem.
