You could try:
1. Contact RH for support if you have bought the necessary support level
2. File a bug in bugzilla.redhat.com
3. Try posting this in taroon-list@xxxxxxxxxxx Taroon-list is dedicated for
RHEL 3, and there are some RH's kernel developer that monitor that list.
