Will: Thanks for the link. I'll try building metamail from source if necessary. I'm pretty sure it was included on my earlier versions, and maybe the older RH 7.0 or 8 CDs will have a metamail rpm on it. My guess is that metamail is used by Hylafax to deliver an in-bound fax to a mail recipient. I don't need in-bound capability at all, so maybe the forced install will work. Or is there a way to trick the rpm into ignoring the dependency? --nodeps will force rpm to ignore dependencies, you may need to use --force as well. Of course, then there's no guarantee that Hylafax will work as expected. Could you build metamail (and perhaps Hylafax) from source? http://bmrc.berkeley.edu/~trey/emacs/metamail.html Will. -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:redhat-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:redhat-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
