[Q] how to migrate user account from AIX to AS 2.1?

We have AIX 4.3.3 on RS/6000.  We plan to setup another application server 
on DELL/Redhat AS 2.1 server.  Does anyone know how to migrate user account 
(ID/Password) from AIX to LINUX?
