And you'll find out that one of the ones he was asking about - mail -
isn't one of the choices.  However, redhat-config-* is good for a lot of
other stuff.  It's probably a good idea for somebody to write
redhat-config-sendmail or redhat-config-postfix.  That somebody isn't me
though.
