The port you need to open for the RDP is 3389, so what you would do is on the Linux router, tell it that when an incoming connection comes in looking for port 3389, to re-direct it to the relevant XP or W2K PC.
Can't tell you how though - I don't use gShield, I only use raw iptables commands in a firewall script that is run out of rc.local.
