Here are the RPM:

#> rpm -qf `which redhat-config-securitylevel`
redhat-config-securitylevel-1.2.9-1

And for Samba:

#>  rpm -qf `which redhat-config-samba`
redhat-config-samba-1.0.16-1# 

Also:
 
#> rpm -qf `which redhat-config-packages`
redhat-config-packages-1.2.9-1

All packages are in  the CDs.
