Can you include a file with your reject rules?

I.E., in access you have something like: include rules and in a file
called rules you have lots of different reject statements or whatever?

If you can, is there any kind of limit on how many rules could be in the
included file?

If you want to block all of 200.*.*.*, in the access file:
200 REJECT

If you want to block all of 200.10.*.*, in the access file:
200.10 REJECT

and so on...
