It Depends. Do You use Red Hat as private person? If yes, there are at least 
to commercial freeware virus software, good and suitable for Linux:

>From F-Prot:
http://www.f-prot.com/products/home_use/linux/

They are just antivir software, but not a scanner. AMaVisd-new 
(http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/) is a good solution, to use with virus 
software (also spamassassin!).
