dhcpd makes eth1 falls out randomly???

rh8, dhcp/name/samba server. Internal network over eth0. eth1 connects to ISP

Internet falls out, and I find this message in /var/log/messages matching time for eth1's fall-out.

/sbin/ifconfig eth1 gives:
