If that still doesn't work, I would also suggest upgrading to a newer kernel.

Albert, If I were you I would recompile 2.6.4 setting up the especific bluetooth driver into that Kernel, I saw it some days ago when I was working with make xconfig on a 2.6.4 Kernel.
