You don't, really.  You could manually remove them, but the locales
aren't packaged separately - one package (like gnome-panel) contains
multiple locales along with the rest of the stuff.

You could manually delete the files but the next time you do a package
update you would get them back.

Bottom line:  buy a bigger disk.
