Perl or Logwatch?

Can anyone explain why my Logwatch email results would be as shown below. I just installed the latest logwatch rpm and this is the error. I had to set the /tmp path to "No" as described the documentation. If you have any idea, I will try anything :-)

Is it a Perl error? Thank you very much. Jai
