[ok another lame one here...] On a freshly built linux system... I want to send email from my system (from the command line) to outside addresses. *Without* and internal sendmail server... I want it to send mail using my ISP's smtp server. i.e, if I type: mail me@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx it should just send/forward the mail to that address, simple right? I don't recall how to set this up. What file or where do I specify my ISP's smtp server? I'm not using Pine/Xwindows or anything, just plain command line mail. [It's been a while since I used Linux - so I am kinda green again.] __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
