Hi,
I have pretty limited experience with dual boots, but I recently set up a RH &
w2k box for a friend. I ran into a similar problem and had to boot the cd
into rescue and changed the windows stanza to:

 title Windows
  map (hd0) (hd1)
  map (hd1) (hd0)
  rootnoverify (hd1,0)
  chainloader +1
  makeactive

Hope that helps.
