Updates to RH Enterprise Server is a chargeable service.
Once you have bought the service, you need to log on to the RHN network,
add in your RHN subscription details and then assign the machine into the
subscription channel.

Once that is done, up2date will work.

Hi Everybody ,

We bought newly Redhat Enterprise Server 3.0 Basic Edition

I can't update my server with up2date -u -f , it giving a message like this

"This system may not be updated until it is associated with a channel"

Could you say why ? What does mean associated with a channel

Thanks
Vahric
