RE: support for controller and Serial ATA

I am not using RAID.  This was my first Linux install, and everything just
worked (except for a network driver problem).
The cards are Promise Ultra 100 TX2.
This was in mid-2002, so is of historical interest only, I guess.

Memo to self - Read first, then write.  Sorry folks!

Are you using RAID or just IDE? In either case, with which driver?
