disconnected telnet sessions in linux vs. unix (ie., solaris)

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello,

Noticed that when a telnet session, in linux particularly,
is disconnected, seems like the session is still "lurking"
in the host; and one needs to explicitly kill the session...

in solaris, when network connection is broken, the telnet
session automatically is terminated....

any way to make it behave like solaris?
