links

Is there any way to find all the links for a file? IOW if you have a file that has other HARD links (NOT symbolic), how can you find/reveal those other links?

Also what is the best way to discover the target of a symbolic link? By that I mean if you wanted to do it in a script and avoid parsing 'ls' output. Is there a dedicated command for this?

All suggestions welcome.
