If eth1 is connected to a shared medium, like a hub, you can only get 1/2 duplex (full duplex implies no collisions), and if the link is 10, not 100Mb, then that would result in 10Mb 1/2 duplex. The irq's appear okay. I'm still curious why the par-port module is failing, probably because the scsi HA is using 7.... and 9(?)
