All Red Hat ISOs come with an MD5SUM.  After you download the ISO image,
compare the md5sum of the iso with what is released online.  If they
match, then you've got a problem in the burn.  If they don't, there's a
problem in the download.

md5um is available for Windows - a quick google search for "md5sum
windows" will find you a copy.
