Hello, is there a special procedure to install JRE 1.4.1 on a 64 bit RedHat ? I did the following: 1. rpm -iv j2re-1_4_1_02-fcs-linux-i586.rpm 2. cd /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins (/usr/lib/mozilla/ : The directory name of Mozilla1.4.1_02) 3. ls 4. (If already javaplugin.so is there,) rm -fr /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/javaplugin.so 5. ln -s /usr/java/j2re1.4.1_02/plugin/i386/ns610-gcc32/libjavaplugin_oji.so libjavaplugin_oji.so But my applets still do not work.
