Fedora Question

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'd like to ask those who have been running it for a while: For those of you running Fedora, with the stock httpd that it comes with, and the stock PHP that it comes with, how does it work? PHP still says not to use it, or not to rely 100% on it working properly with Apache 2.x, but that's what Fedora comes with. What's the consensus?
