We use this host adapter in several HP Proliand DL360 G3 computers under
Red Hat Linux 9.  The OS automatically detected the HBA, but I had to add
these lines to /etc/modules.conf:

  alias scsi_hostadapter cciss
  alias scsi_hostadapter1 mptscsih
  add above scsi_mod mptbase mptscsih

to ensure that the correct SCSI device driver modules got loaded.
