I just started receiving this message from Cron and was wondering if anyone has ever seen this or maybe can point me to someplace that would explain what is going on. I am running RH9 with all the latest updates on a Dell PowerEdge 1600-SC. Here is the message that I keep getting from Cron to root:
Subject: Cron <root@cajunhome> /usr/lib/sa/sa1 1 1 X-Cron-Env: <SHELL=/bin/sh> X-Cron-Env: <HOME=/root> X-Cron-Env: <PATH=/usr/bin:/bin> X-Cron-Env: <LOGNAME=root>
Cannot append data to that file
Yesterday I installed a CD writer into the server. I don't know it this might have something to do with it, but that is the only thing that I have done. Thanks for the help!!!
