It's a "src.rpm" (source rpm) which doesn't get installed the normal
way. It's just extracted like an archive. If you've used root without
modifying your RPM configuration, find the extracted files below
/usr/src/redhat. Source rpms contains the source code and build scripts
needed to build binary packages.

Instead, you want to download the i686.rpm (or athlon.rpm, i586.rpm,
and so on) which would be a precompiled package.
