With fedora SNMP does not come installed.  That was not the 
big deal it was getting it to report back to me that is the 
trick...

I am not familiar with Fedora, but it snmp is installed you 
could just
run
snmpconf, setup the community strings and then make sure 
snmpd is 
started.  It should be a regular service.

Trying to get MRTG to monitor one of my RH servers running 
Fedora.  Any one give me a pointer on how to get SNMP 
setup and running so I can do this ?
