Re: mkfs -t ext3 on AS.2.1 !!!

if mkfs -t ext3 is not working then try

# mkfs.ext3 

and if it also didn't work then create ext2 file
system and add journaling to ext2 filesystem which
make ext2 an ext3 filesytem.

To convert ext2 to ext3 use the following command:
# /sbin/tune2fs -j <device_file>
