Subject: Monitor a computer for it's network usage

Hai all,

I would like to know whether there is any utility in Linux which will
help to monitor the network transaction it does from a remote system. I
tried bwmon etc. But I need a utility which checks this from an another
system. And by the way how do you find if there is a worm in your
network with help of this utils.

Thanks
