altering partitions..

hello list,

 how can i add space to my /boot partition.? 

it used 99% and other partitions are under 10%. now
new kernel update has come so when i do RHN it is
saying that /boot partition require atleast 5 MB. so i
want to allocate some space to /boot partition from
/usr partition. this has to be done without loosing
any data.? is it possible.? i tryed fdisk to alter but
i afraid that my server get crash.
