Jane,

Looks like RedHat is going beyond the call of duty and supplying a new
kernel for the latest exploit:

https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/rh73-errata.html

On a more general note, you'll have to start to consider upgrading your
systems, if you need support from RedHat.
