Re: /etc/init.d/network restart still get old IP

    Thanks for your help.
    It's working now.
    I wonder why netconfig is modifying scripts in network-scripts
directory, instead
of networking directory, and /etc/init.d/network is reading from networking
directory?
   And I have never removed my eth0:1 from networking directory, why it is
not
there? Or has it been created in networking directory before?
    Where can I find the information regarding this? e.g. which script will
be used if
another script exists. So that I can explore more myself.
