And how exactly do you think this is an advantage? If anyone's ISP
is running a web cache (like many are), you can update your pages as
many times as you want. Users from those ISP will still see an old copy
till the ISP's cache expires. Having data on your own box, or an ISP's
box doesn't make any difference if someone else is caching your pages to
cut down on their bandwidth. Their users are still SOL.
