Hi, As you've seen from my previous emails I was having problems with RHEL detecting the hyperthreading and only showing 1 cpu. This is despite both the installer and Fedora Core 1 detecting multiple cpus. Does it make a difference in stability in this case to keep using the SMP version of the kernel or would I be better advised to drop back to the UP version of the kernel until the bug can be resolved? -- Regards, +-----------------------------+---------------------------------+ | Peter Kiem .^. | E-Mail : <zordah@xxxxxxxxxx> | | Zordah IT /V\ | Mobile : +61 0414 724 766 | | IT Consultancy & /( )\ | WWW : www.zordah.net | | Internet Services ^^-^^ | ICQ : "Zordah" 866661 | +-----------------------------+---------------------------------+ My current spamtrap address is est1203@xxxxxxxxxx -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:redhat-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
