All those services default to off or listen on 127.0.0.1 localhost.
Search the list it's all covered.

I recently reinstalled RH9 on my server PC and now I can't get the mail
server to work. I can't even telnet to port 25.  Sendmail is running and
I can telnet to the general PC.  Please help me!!!
