mbr error 3, mbr error 1

I just got done (well i guess i'm not done since its not working) installing a promise tx2000 raid card in an existing rh9 system. I followed the directions that came with the driver for installing it in an existing RH9 system.

I then used partition expert from acronis to copy the partitions from that drive onto another drive. And then i installed that 2nd drive along with another drive of the same model, had the raid card mirror them, and rebooted.

When i rebooted i get a message on the screen that says

MBR error 3

MBR error 1

and it then prompts me to insert a boot disk. Does anyone know how i can correct this? I obviously complicated things since i copied partitions and then tried to mirror and boot. So i dont know if the problem is with my having copied partitions, or something with the raid setup.

Any suggestions?

Ian
