first, your DNS needs to define MX for both domains, pointing at your
server.  second, list both domains in the Cw line in your sendmail.mc
(and rebuild sendmail.cf from sendmail.mc).  third, setup your
/etc/mail/virtusertable, eg as follows:

joeuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx joeuser
joeuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx joeuser
sallyuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx sallyuser
@mydomain1.com domain1catchalluser
@mydomain2.com domain2catchalluser

finally restart your named and sendmail.
