Hi Win Toe,

Edit your sendmail.mc file and find the line
 DAEMON_OPTIONS(`Port=smtp, Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA')dnl

Replace the above 127.0.0.1 with your ip of eth0.

Regenerate sendmail.cf file by 

make -C /etc/mail

Restart sendmail service
