configure offline mail server

Hi,

I'm trying to confgure fetchmail with sendmail as an dialup mail
server. I have configured sendmail to run in queued mode.

If I put nameserver of my isp in my offline mail server then the mail
sent via my server quickly bounces saying no host was found. If I
remove nameserver list from /etc/resolv.conf then the queued mail
doesn't transfer to my ISP when my server connects to ISP. I have
used usepeerdns in dialup setting also. But doesn't work. How can I
solve this problem? Should I need to write the nameserver of my ISP
or not in /etc/resolv.conf of my offline mail server.
