Thank you! That was the fix! I mv'd /usr/include/linux to /usr/include/linux_orig then ln -s /usr/src/linux-2.4.22/include/linux/ /usr/include/linux recompiled apache and it worked! On my last server, before it crashed I was using 2.0.47 and there must be a slight difference, but I dont know. THANK YOU again! Saved me a ton of time!
