Adding X to Redhat 9 from CD after install

I installed Redhat 9 from CD a month or so ago without installing X. I am
now wanting to install all the X stuff. I don't want to lose all the files
I've created so I don't want to overwrite anything if I can aovid it. What's
the easiest way? Can I just put the CD in and tell it to upgrade my
installation? Will that work? If that won't, what do you recommend? Please
email reply, too.
