It's working after I added the following entries in my httpd.conf file:
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php AddType application/x-httpd-php .php3

I'm not familiar with 'WinMysqlAdmin', but if you're running Apache/php on your Linux box, you can use phpMyAdmin
