Under RH7.1 I used to work with the LILO bootloader. When I had a problem with the MBR, I simply could boot with the bootdisk and typed in the command "lilo" and the MBR was written again and the System booted again.
How does this work with GRUB?
I work now with RH7.3 and the GRUB bootloader. At the moment, I can boot the PC only with a boot-floppy. How can I rewrite the bootsector (MBR) to the disk?
Thank you for your help!
